AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4951 on page 5,
immediately below line 8, by inserting the following:
"(20 ILCS 2310/2310-358 rep.)
Section 17. The Department of Public Health Powers and
Duties Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is
amended by repealing Section 2310-358."; and
on page 9, immediately below line 12, by inserting the
following:

(30 ILCS 105/5.748 rep.)
(30 ILCS 105/6w rep.)
(30 ILCS 105/8k rep.)
Section 23. The State Finance Act is amended by repealing
