| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 61 by replacing | ||||||
| 3 | everything after the enacting clause with the following:

| 4 | "Section 5. "An Act concerning civil law", approved | ||||||
| 5 | September 22, 2017 (Public Act 100-520), is
amended by adding | ||||||
| 6 | Section 99 as follows:

| 7 | (P.A. 100-520, Sec. 99 new) | ||||||
| 8 | Sec. 99. This Act takes effect January 1, 2018.
