with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
2, as follows:
on page 3, line 9, by replacing "service provider or retailer"
with "service provider, retailer, or entity"; and
on page 3, line 10, after "devices", by inserting "for the
purpose of recycling or refurbishment or".
