| 1 | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 626

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 626 on page 2, line | ||||||
| 3 | 16, after "waiver", by inserting the following:

| 4 | ", in whole or in part,"; and
| ||||||
| 5 | on page 2, line 24, after "facility.", by inserting the | ||||||
| 6 | following:
| ||||||
| 7 | "A facility in compliance with the terms of a waiver granted | ||||||
| 8 | under this subsection shall not be subject to fines or | ||||||
| 9 | penalties for violating the registered nurse staffing | ||||||
| 10 | requirements of subsection (e) of Section 3-202.05.".
