AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1717




2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1717 on page 5, 
3immediately below line 2, by inserting the following:


4 "(h) Upon a final judgment in favor of the requesting party 
5or dismissal of all lawsuits concerning real estate for which a 
6transfer has been requested, the Department shall transfer that 
7real estate, provided that it meets the other requirements of
