with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
2 as follows:
on page 5, line 2, by replacing "January" with "June"; and
on page 5, by replacing lines 15 through 16 with "provided.";
and
on page 7, line 3, by replacing "ensure" with "(i) ensure
that"; and
on page 7, line 5, by replacing "involved, if" with "involved
and (ii) investigate whether"; and
on page 7, line 7, by replacing "or if" with "or whether".
