Summary

Amends the Fire Protection District Act. Deletes the requirement that a fire protection district publish in a specified newspaper or post copies of all ordinances making any appropriation. Provides that ordinances making appropriations shall take effect from and after their passage (now, 10 days after the ordinance is published or posted). Effective immediately.
