Summary

Amends the Wildlife Code. Provides that the Department of Natural Resources may issue hunting pins to any holder of a hunting permit who is able to prove a lawful and successful hunt under the Code. Provides that the Department has the authority to promulgate rules pertaining to the charges (at least $5 per pin) and procedure required for receiving a pin. Creates the DNR Technology Fund as a special fund in the State treasury for use by the Department to purchase computers, radios, and other equipment to aid the Department in conservation programs. Effective immediately.
