Summary

Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. Provides that the research and development credit applies for all tax years ending on or after December 31, 2004 (now, tax years ending on or after December 31, 2004, and ending prior to January 1, 2016). Exempts the credit from the Act's automatic sunset provision. Effective immediately.
