Summary

Amends the School Code. Subject to appropriation, requires the State Board of Education to establish a 3-year pilot program in which grants are provided to school districts to equip school buses that exclusively transport children with disabilities with cameras. Provides that the State Board shall determine, by rule, the application process, which districts are to be awarded grants, and the amount of the grant to be awarded.
