Summary
Amends the State Board Of Education Powers and Duties Article of the School Code. Provides that all public school districts shall participate in the Illinois Youth Survey. Defines "Illinois Youth Survey" as a self-report survey, administered in school settings every 2 years, designed to gather information about health and social indicators of students. Authorizes the State Board of Education to enforce the administration of the Illinois Youth Survey.
