Summary

Amends the Pyrotechnic Use Act. Provides that it shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 18 to knowingly possess, offer for sale, expose for sale, sell at retail, or use or explode any display fireworks, flame effects, or consumer fireworks. Provides that fireworks may only be discharged by individuals over the age of 18. Removes provisions concerning permits for consumer displays.
