Summary
Appropriates $250,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for a grant to Trinity Services, Inc. and the FAST Team of Illinois for the establishment and operation of a FASD (Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders) Outreach and Drop In Center. Effective July 1, 2010.
