Summary

Amends the Public Utilities Act. Provides that in the annual reports of water and sewer utilities that are submitted to the Illinois Commerce Commission, utilities shall separately disclose all revenues received by cell towers using utility property, associated costs, and such other information as the Commission may require of the utility. Effective immediately.
