Summary

Amends Public Act 96-46 to remove an appropriation of $2,700,000 from the State Board of Education Federal Department of Education Fund to the State Board of Education for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009, to be used by the State Board exclusively for the Longitudinal Data Systems Project and not, under any circumstances, for personal services expenditures or other operational or administrative costs. Appropriates $2,700,000 from the Federal Department of Education Fund to the State Board of Education for the payment of ordinary and contingent expenses related to the Longitudinal Data System. Effective immediately.
