Summary
Amends the Procurement of Domestic Products Act. Provides that all vehicles purchased, leased, or used by a State agency must have a Vehicle Identification Number indicating that the vehicle was manufactured in North America. Provides that no State agency shall be required to stop using any vehicle that exists in the State fleet of motor vehicles on the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 99th General Assembly. Effective January 1, 2016.
