Summary

Amends the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act. Provides that, on and after the effective date of the amendatory Act, the corporate authorities of a sanitary district must procure goods and professional services in a manner substantially in accordance with the requirements of the Illinois Procurement Code to the extent applicable.
