Summary
Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that before a municipality uses territory annexed for sand, rock, or gravel mining operations, the municipality must have approval of all township boards of trustees, by a majority vote of each board, whose township has jurisdiction over all or part of a highway or road within 20 miles of the annexed territory. Effective immediately.
