Summary
Amends the State Finance Act and the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that disbursements made from the Healthcare Provider Relief Fund shall include payments covering administrative expenses. Provides that federal funds received by the Department of Healthcare and Family Services for the Child Support Enforcement Program shall be deposited in the Child Support Enforcement Trust Fund or the Child Support Administrative Fund.
