Summary
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Defines "high mobility multipurpose wheeled vehicle" as a four-wheel drive military light truck. Provides that a high mobility multipurpose wheeled vehicle is a first division vehicle for purposes of the enforcement and implementation of the Code.
