Summary
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the Secretary of State shall create a designation for driver's licenses of members of the Armed Forces or Reserve Forces of the United States, or veterans of these forces, who request the designation and voluntarily provide the Secretary with a diagnosis that the person suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder. The Secretary shall provide the designation upon request of an applicant who provides a sworn statement verifying the diagnosis from a person licensed to practice medicine or psychology in this State and any other documentation the Secretary deems necessary.
