Summary

Amends the Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Act. Requires the Department of Human Services to make its annual report to the Governor on the existing condition of comprehensive rehabilitation services, habilitation, and rehabilitation in the State publicly available on the Department's website no later than the first day of January of each year. Removes language concerning the payment rates for personal care attendants. Requires the Department of Human Services to post on its website a copy of its joint report with the Department on Aging concerning specified programs and services no less than 3 calendar days after the report is submitted to the Governor and the General Assembly.
