Bill Title: Amends the Criminal Identification Act. Provides that the Illinois State Police and all law enforcement agencies within the State shall automatically expunge all criminal history records of an arrest or charge not initiated by arrest for driving with a driver's license suspended for failure to pay support or to comply with a visitation order committed prior to January 1, 2019 (the effective date of Public Act 100-1004) if: (1) one year or more has elapsed since the date of the arrest or law enforcement interaction documented in the records; and (2) no criminal charges were filed relating to the arrest or law enforcement interaction or criminal charges were filed and subsequently dismissed or vacated or the arrestee was acquitted. Establishes time frames in which the records shall be expunged. Establishes procedures for the State's Attorney to file objections to the expungement of violations of the offense.
