Bill Title: Amends the Criminal Code of 2012 concerning the presence and residence of child sex offenders. Provides that for the purposes of the statute, "sex offense" includes, but is not limited to, the former offenses of soliciting for a juvenile prostitute, pandering, if the victim is under 18 years of age, keeping a place of juvenile prostitution, pimping, if the victim is under 18 years of age, juvenile pimping, or exploitation of a child. Clarifies that "sex offense" also includes patronizing a prostitute, if the victim is under 18 years of age or forcible detention, if the victim is under 18 years of age. Provides that the Act is declarative of existing law and not as a new enactment. Effective immediately.
