Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that beginning with the 2013 registration year, in addition to the registration fees and surcharge for motor vehicles of the first division, motorcycles, motor driven cycles, and pedalcycles, a $1 surcharge shall be collected and deposited into the Fire Prevention Fund.
