Bill Title: Amends the County Economic Development Project Area Property Tax Allocation Act. In a provision concerning economic development project costs, exempts certain ad valorem tax rebates for economic development project areas that are located in Grundy County from being considered in the sum total of all reasonable or necessary costs incurred by the county incidental to an economic development project. Effective immediately.
