Bill Title: Amends the Criminal Code of 2012 concerning unlawful sale or delivery of firearms. Exempts from the waiting period for delivering a firearm after application for its purchase has been made, the sale of a firearm to the holder of a valid concealed carry license issued under the Firearm Concealed Carry Act.
