Bill Title: Amends the Video Gaming Act. Includes within the definition of "licensed establishment" a licensed retail establishment where alcoholic liquor is drawn, poured, mixed, or otherwise served for consumption on the premises that is operated by an entity that is incorporated under the General Not For Profit Corporation Act of 1986. Effective immediately.
