Bill Title: Amends the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Systems Act. Defines "Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Center", "Thrombectomy Ready Stroke Center", and "Primary Stroke Center Plus". Provides for the certification and designation of Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Centers, Thrombectomy Ready Stroke Centers, and Primary Stroke Centers Plus and makes conforming changes throughout the Act.
