Bill Title: Amends the Department of Professional Regulation Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that notwithstanding any other provision of the Act, or of any licensing act under the purview of the Division of Professional Regulation of the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, the application fee for renewal of a license issued by the Division shall be no higher than one-half of the application fee for initial issuance of the same license class at the time of license renewal.
