Bill Title: Amends the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that the Director of Revenue may divulge information from a taxpayer's return or an investigation to the government of a municipality (now, any village that does not levy any real property taxes for village operations and receives 60% of its general corporate revenue from taxes under the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act). Makes other changes.
