Bill Title: Creates the COVID-19 Vaccine Freedom of Choice in Education Act. Provides that no employee or student of a public school or institution of higher education in this State may be required to receive a COVID-19 vaccine or a subsequent booster dose as a term of new or continued employment or enrollment in the school or institution. Amends the School Code, College Student Immunization Act, and Communicable Disease Prevention Act to make conforming changes. Effective immediately.
