Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. In provisions concerning business income of persons other than residents, removes provisions providing that sales of tangible personal property are in this State if the property is shipped from an office, store, warehouse, factory or other place of storage in this State and the purchaser is not subject to tax in the state of the purchaser.
