Bill Title: Amends the Property Tax Code. Creates an exemption for property on which a hospice residence is located if the hospice provider meets certain criteria related to charity care. Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act to create an exemption for hospice providers. Effective immediately.
