Bill Title: Amends the Medical Practice Act of 1987. Removes the requirement that physicians remain physically present during delivery of anesthesia administered by a certified registered nurse anesthetist. Amends the Ambulatory Surgical Treatment Center Act, the Hospital Licensing Act, and the Nurse Practice Act to make related changes. Effective immediately.
