Bill Title: Amends the Business Enterprise for Minorities, Women, and Persons with Disabilities Act. Provides that a waiver shall be deemed granted if the Business Enterprise Council for Minorities, Women, and Persons with Disabilities does not make a determination on the waiver within 30 business days after the initial request for a waiver by the contractor. Effective immediately.
