Bill Title: Amends the Legislative Audit Commission Act. Requires the co-chairpersons of the Commission to be involved in any search of correspondence associated with materials summoned to be brought to the Commission. Makes a technical change concerning the co-chairpersons of the Commission to be consistent with the Legislative Reorganization Act of 1984. Amends the Legislative Commission Reorganization Act of 1984. Makes a technical change concerning the Commission to be consistent with the Legislative Audit Commission Act.
