Bill Title: Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Provides that it is a Class 4 felony for a child sex offender to knowingly enter or remain in an area of a public library designated for children or teenagers when the library is open to the public if the designation is conspicuously posted at the entrance to the designated area. Defines "children", "public library", and "teenager".
