Bill Title: Amends the Department of Central Management Services Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Department of Central Management Services shall compile a list of nonprofit businesses that employ persons with developmental disabilities. Provides that the list shall be accessible to State agencies so that the agencies may make those businesses aware of procurement opportunities with the State.
