Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that no company that is authorized to do business in this State and that issues policies for life or accident and health may attach a waiver of benefits or any coverage exceptions for acts of war or acts of terrorism to any such policy that is issued to a person who is employed in any capacity by a nuclear power plant.
