Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Workforce Investment Board Act. Requires the Illinois Workforce Investment Board to annually, as soon as practical after the end of a fiscal year, retain a certified public accountant to perform an external financial and performance audit for that fiscal year and to file the certified audit with appropriate local and State officers and agencies. Effective January 1, 2010.
