Bill Title: Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. Makes unlawful, until January 1, 2022, an increase in the cost of any consumer food items or goods, goods or services used for emergency cleanup, emergency supplies, medical supplies, home heating oil, building materials, housing, transportation, freight, and storage services, or gasoline or other motor fuels of more than 10% during a state of emergency declared by the President, the Governor, or certain local officials. Defines terms. Effective immediately.
