Bill Title: Amends the Election Code. Modifies the statement of candidacy requirements to include an email address for the candidate. Provides that an election authority may not reject a statement of candidacy, and a person may not file an objection to a candidate's statement of candidacy, for failure to include an email address or because of an error in the email address provided.
