Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Allows the money in the Illinois Police Association Fund to be used for providing death benefits for the families of members of the Illinois Police Association dying of natural causes, and for providing scholarships to children and spouses of members of the Illinois Police Association dying of natural causes.
