Bill Title: Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987. Provides that upon adjudication of a person as a delinquent minor for an act if committed by an adult would be a non-violent crime, the person may petition the court for automatic expungement of law enforcement records and juvenile court records relating to the incident that was a non-violent crime and that occurred before his or her 18th birthday, if the minor was placed under supervision under the Delinquency Article of this Act and pays the required fees for expungement of his or her records relating to the incident. Provides that if all juvenile court proceedings relating to that incident have been terminated, supervision has been successfully completed, and the minor has not been charged with another crime since the disposition of the non-violent charge, the court must expunge all law enforcement records and juvenile court records relating to the incident that was a non-violent crime.
