Bill Title: Amends the General Obligation Bond Act. Removes a provision requiring the State Treasurer and Comptroller to transfer amounts from the Road Fund with respect to bonds issued under the authorization in Public Act 98-781 to the General Obligation Bond Retirement and Interest Fund. Amends the Regional Transportation Authority Act. Removes a provision providing that, of certain transfers to the Public Transportation Fund, the first $100,000,000 that would have otherwise been transferred from the General Revenue Fund shall be transferred from the Road Fund and the remainder shall be made from the General Revenue Fund. Requires that certain transfers to the Public Transportation Fund be made from the General Revenue Fund (rather than the Road Fund) and that the Treasurer deposit certain payments into the General Revenue Fund (rather than the Road Fund). Effective July 1, 2018.
