Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Re-enacts a provision concerning the applicability of the Illinois Procurement Code to public institutions of higher education. Provides that the Code does not apply to procurements made by or on behalf of public institutions of higher education for supplies or services under an award made by the Midwestern Higher Education Compact for the use of members of the Compact. Effective immediately.
