Bill Title: Amends the Massage Licensing Act. Provides that a person who has applied in writing to the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to engage in massage for compensation and who has fulfilled the licensure requirements of the Act, with the exception of receipt of notification of his or her examination results, may practice under the direct supervision of a massage therapist who is licensed in the State, until specified conditions are met. Specifies (1) the scope of actions that an applicant may perform under a licensed massage therapist and (2) under what conditions an applicant must cease those actions. Effective immediately.
