Bill Title: Amends the Public-Private Partnerships for Transportation Act. Provides that each responsible public entity shall explore and identify whether unhoused individuals live near or at the site of a transportation project before a project begins. Provides that if individuals are identified, the responsible public entity shall contact and coordinate with the Department of Human Services to relocate the individuals until the project is completed.
