Bill Title: Amends the Property Tax Code. Provides that any taxing district may order the county clerk to abate all or a portion of the taxes levied by that taxing district on any parcel of property within the boundaries of the taxing district that is owned by a paraplegic or quadriplegic as his or her primary residence.
